How does the paid pilot work?

The pilot is a paid 60-day engagement at Starter-tier pricing. Pilot fees are credited toward implementation when the organization converts.

Are implementation fees optional?

No. Implementation is required for every tier. It is part of the onboarding model and is not waived.

How does pricing scale?
